The 11th Commandment

According to biblegateway.com the word “love”  (in all it’s forms) appears 442 times in the King James version of the bible.  None more important or meaningful than this:

John 13:34-35  34 “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.35 By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”

We all get emails and social netword posts telling us that if we love someone we should tell them, because we don’t know if we will live to see tomorrow.

Frankly, I am inclined to take direction from Jesus before any thing sent to me on my computer.  Nowadays we get so lost in the internet or smart phones or tablets ad nauseum, and have turned from reading Scripture.  I get tired of being told how to think or what to do by people and don’t know.  If I’m going to take direction from someone, let it be my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  I don’t need a computer or any device to talk to Him.  All I need to do is call on him and he will hear me and he will help me.

We need to get out of the glow of a computer screen and get out noses back into the Bible, and we need to do the same for our children before it’s too late.  If a child needs to be on the computer, at least direct them to http://www.childrensbibleonline.com/.  Nuff said.

Mumbles says,

I love you Lord Jesus and I always will.  I also love my wife, my son’s, daughter’s in law, grand children, all of family, friends and  all God’s creation.

God’s peace!
